Spacious suite, comfortable amenities, perfect location. the duplex suite was large enough for three adults and the bar/lounge area offered a great spot to unwind after exploring nearby attractions.

great location but needs better amenities
The location was excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The historic charm of the building was a highlight of our stay. The staff, both at the front desk and the pub, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the spaciousness of the studio room, providing a comfortable base during our visit.
However, the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

cozy brewery pub with quirky charm and excellent staff support so worth the quirky staircase
We loved our stay at Swans Brewery, Pub & Hotel! The unique room layout made us feel right at home while exploring Victoria's vibrant downtown. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and great local craft beers.

The location near Chinatown is excellent, with a beautiful neighborhood full of restaurants just a short walk away. While the room was spacious and included a kitchen for convenience, the absence of A/C could make it uncomfortable during warmer months. Unfortunately, the bed was outdated and not comfortable, and the TV remote had issues, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Highlighting the unique local beers available at the pub adds a nice touch to the stay.

will be back
The location is awesome, you can just stroll to the bustling waterfront and downtown. We had a studio room with a kitchenette, high ceilings, and a comfy king bed. The pub downstairs was a treat, great local craft beers and tasty poutine. Plus, watching the people go by from our room was a blast.

Perfect Family Getaway with Great Food!
We had a wonderful stay in the Two-Bedroom Suite! The upstairs bedrooms were delightful, but be mindful of the stairs. We loved the local craft beer downstairs and relished a fantastic fish & chips meal. Parking can be tricky—use nearby public options.

Swans pub is an absolute gem! The brewpub offers killer local craft beers, and the eclectic vibe gets you in a chill mood fast. Plus, the proximity to great spots like Whistle Buoy Brewing Co and Grace Sushi legit makes it easy to hop between delicious options. The staff is super friendly, and I loved scraping the bottom of the barrel in their awesome kitchen suite too!
While the air conditioning was lacking, and some spaces felt a touch outdated, the charm just shone through! It's a quirky place after all, and the warmth was part of that funky vibe. Just be prepped for those stairs if you're savvy with navigation!

missingWrote a review on Jul 23spacious suitequirky vibecomfortable bedslack of parking
The two-bedroom suite comes with high ceilings and comfortable beds, providing ample space for a family to relax. The quirky, eclectic vibe adds a certain charm that makes the stay unique, especially during summer when the ceiling fan helps manage the warm temperatures.
While the atmosphere is charming, the outdated decor might not appeal to everyone. The absence of hotel parking caught us off guard, especially with fees totaling $26 overnight, and the confusion around free parking times led to a bit of inconvenience. Plus, the heat during our stay highlighted a lack of air conditioning, making evenings somewhat stuffy despite the cooler nights. Contending with the area's tricky parking situation and needing an app to find spaces can be a hassle for newcomers.
